looks like even the MD did not take up her full alotted amount of the RI as that would account for another approx 144 mill shares which by the looks was not taken up (makes my wonder why) , maybe she was a bit short this month (the salary is only approx 500k ++ ) or is she hoping for some more free performance shares for the great work she has done over the 3 years in increasing shareholders wealth ?? I wonder if they can be made to give shares back is directors do a very bad job of NO actual or real increase in shareholders wealth as we where told in the many announcements we got over the last 3 years ??
