I think you would never be able to find where they actually said they would spend the money on fracking JH, they always used deceptive words to suggest that however.
Yes their reputation isn't great regarding everything, just keep burning money out of shareholders pockets. They better start generating income and value for the company and turn this bad venture into something worthwhile before they/we lose everything.
