(a) the Company has received acceptances under the Rights Issue in respect of a total of 1,802,133
New Shares, raising a total of $28,834. This represents approximately 1.9% of all New Shares offered
under the Rights Issue; and
(b) as such, there is a shortfall under the Rights Issue of 91,947,867 New Shares.
