only got part of the extra............just a bit confused by the annc, and the way they should be allocated.
entitlements first...........then extra, for which holders get priority (eligible holders, whatever that implies !!), then, it goes to the underwriters, who disperse them at the discretion of directors&underwriters.
if it was oversubscribed, there shouldnt be a shortfall going to CPS.........it doesnt sound like he is splitting it with holders as we have already been allocated, and refunds are to be posted on thursday.
I have emailed JP.........maybe he can explain better
