I have to admit that I'm surprised to see BPO hold - albeit at the current low levels!!!

So maybe someone has a plan

I fired off an email to PM to voice my dismay at yet another SP (second within 6 months!) and the enormous share dilution!!! and no cash coming in other than SPP's.

Surprise - just before I got a very standard (not answering any of my questions) reply - the "amendment to SPP" was released to ASX

Maybe BPO is waking up to the fact that that level of dilution may actually require SH approval

I certainly will look at the corp. act and query !
