Can't see them going to court by their own choice as they don't have the cash to pay the extra 35c they gotta pay as they were expecting to have total control of realm and hence access to the millions sitting in Realms bank account.Hence they are desperate to wrap this up and will give us a substantial increase in the offer price just to get this over and done and they can then access all that money to pay out the rest of us!
