Taurus would be crazy to make us a new offer that would even make us think twice about objecting.

Not doing that is only going to cost them time and money as they will be forced to go to court as well as pay court costs.

They should be factoring in any possible court costs when they revise their offer.

If they were smart they would be in contact with 3rd largest shareholder, and ensuring he was on side with what they propose the new offer will be.

He owns around 30% of the remaining non-T2 shares and would have the power to send this to court on his own.
He has plenty of coal industry experience and I am sure is no push over.

They know they are getting it cheap, just pay up and be done with it.

There are only about 9 million shares they don't own.

Trying to be stingy and smart can only backfire on them.

The only thing they have control over is the price we are offered. There is no point tempting fate and leaving it to the court, or backing out of a 100% ownership attempt now.

If it's high enough, then end of story.

Agreed. From a logical stand point this is the best move they can make now.

They've already made their win on shaking everyone out for the last 2 years. To play more games now for the remaining amounts of change only has the potential to do them more harm.
