Already own the land and an $800,000aud investment from the Geelong council.
Its on the board and looks like happening within 18 months.
Great asset and a great company.
The thing I like about Ridley is there long term planning to grow the business.
I am so tired of short term shallow planning from so many companies these days including our government.
It is good to see some real business growing planning going on.
Having said that I wont be buying in today as the markets globally looking like taking a further turn downwards.
Ill see how things go the next day or so.
