RIC isn't particularly capital constrained, but releasing $35m on balance sheet equity of about $230m is sweet. Whether they accellerate spending on feedmills or cut borrowings doesn't matter. It is all balance sheet firepower.
The big land opportunity is Moolap, which will take years to complete.
