I have to disagree with that. The grain price is set by the commodity markets and Australia's output is taken into consideration. Just like all the markets they are controlled by the big funds and trading banks and these organisations will take any opportunity to make money.
Drought = higher grain prices
Rain = lower grain prices, but right now imo the commodity markets are being heavily controlled.
