An analysis I read on an investor website I have an account with says the property investments in RIC are undervalued.
So the market may not have factored in the full value of the property holdings yet.
Moolap is exiting to me, what a great undertaking and in an excellent location.
I think RIC is being held hostage by the broader market presently.
Big falls of 355 or thereabouts overnight on Wall St do not bode well for the ASX today.
ASX down 65 points already on top of the big fall yesterday will not be kind to any stock today.
I sold just on Wednesday so I'm watching for an entry back into RIC.
A good solid Australian company.
