What I posted is what my notes said. The property was worth that much but that was the value at December last year I think.
Also apparently the property assets are not considered in the PE valuation.
The property is considered undervalued on RIC's books but also under used.
I still think to have that property is a great asset and it helps underpin RIC's value and strength.
Think of it this way, if you or I owned that property and never used it and went to a bank for a loan Im sure the bank would value that property in a positive light.
