Property is mostly a long term investment and RIC's is exactly that but the property helps underpin RIC's asset base. Investing money into property for RIC is a solid investment imo.
The company is growing at a steady rate. Where I live I often see Ridley feed trucks.
Having said all that Id keep my eyes firmly fixed on the markets at the moment and I expect a market downturn when the hype from the ECB/Japanese and Chinese QE falls flat.
No matter how solid a company is if the markets in general fall so will all.
