Note how the HUO announcement on this is quite different. "Confidential" settlement terms? It is hard to fathom how the settlement is "mutually beneficial" i.e when HUO is receiving such a large sum in "compensation". RIC need to make things a little clearer for their shareholders given the information provided in the HUO announcement.
