re: Ann: Rialto completes transaction with Vi... If the $50m from Vitol is a loan it will be an uphill struggle for Rialto. Did Vitol really get 65% of the block in return for a loan? Maybe that's why the directors have set the cautious first performance target of 5c. Surely they weren't deliberately setting an easy target as the board was voted down on remuneration at last year's AGM and they wouldn't want a repeat of that fiasco. Could also explain why new broker RFC Ambrian has come in with a lower target than many expected at 6c.
