    re: Ann: Rialto completes transaction with Vi... Nice analysis Mr Poshman, I assume though that Vitol have to pay their 65% share though? Why need 100m of debt that would scare any investor off? Also 11% interest rate is a bit steep even if it is extremely risky, corporate bonds below investment grade are far below that!
