I doubt it jaybay, this move reeks of desperation by archibald. With no help from BURU and legal bills mounting (he would of had to get a lawyer, again, to submit on the recent precedent to the SAT) archibald would of taken any fire sale offer he could get to alleviate this cost. This is why the announcement clearly states REY will takeover the legal costs from here on out. More of a statement of Archibalds financial position, rather than the likely outcome of the case.
