    Agreed Boz, I'd still like to see the JOA,I'm not too sure why we cant see the agreement,I wouldn't have thought it wasn't/shouldn't be confidential,presumably it was offered in evidence.
    It must be germane to the outcome IMHO.

    I'm no lawyer,I believe were in the right,in any event, what would be the catalyst for a takeover,winning or losing the case?
    I suppose an argument could be offered up for either result.
