Why do you think BRU weren't interest in throwing in 300K to BOPL?
Here's something to think about, maybe they realised after they had signed an agreement with BOPL how much in the s$%t BOPL were.
Maybe they think that OBL have a very strong case and weren't prepared to throw money away.
Maybe they were more interested in being operator and when this didn't come off, they took their bat and ball and ran.
You stated BRU "never helped BOPL out with it while they were supposedly orchestrating everything and secondly supporting NT to protest is like tipping a cop for giving you a speeding ticket - unnecessary."
Let me respond to that - Strategy !!! They win both ways, they get their 50 % off BOPL and in the process degrade OBL's ability to remain solvent. I actually think it was BRU who thought at some stage they were a chance of getting 100%.
