    I cant speak for LFSG, but I think your right striebs ,it is personal.
    The extension until after Christmas, before the decision is to be announced was a window of opportunity for both party's to compromise IMHO.
    My research says OBL is in the right,but I'm no lawyer, let the chips falls where they may.
