I am angry at the thinking of the board, I cannot believe they cannot see this as crafted as a very one sided deal. With a current market cap of around 36 million dollars and a dept to Alcoa of 10 million dollars I am concerned how we are to pay back the 15 million never mind the (potentially) tens of millions of dollars which the top up mechanism could trigger, and not forgetting we need additional money to drill the 4 wells planned over the next 2 years.
As I see it unless there is much more info to be released it does appear on paper at least that this transaction is better for ERM than EGO by a long way.
what can ERM do to maybe rectify the situation.
Explain to shareholders how this benefits EGO shareholders.
Explain with figures how management see the plan working out.
Explain how EGO will not be financially put at more risk by the implementation of this plan.
Now would be a good time for the posters that said there was a strong hint in previous Ann of other things at foot to come out now and enlighten the rest of us.
