re: Ann: Revised terms agreed with ENAMCO for... Yes, I think it is a safe bet that this deal will be voted through now. Phirang123 was correct about the deal being forced.
There is no doubt the share price would be decimated if the SFECO deal is voted down.
Now if we can get mgmt to release a large portion of the cash to shareholders I would be happy.
