re: Ann: Revised terms agreed with ENAMCO for... CHN are able and legally required to look at getting a higher offer from their decision to sell 60% to SEFECO, after SEFECO have completed due dilligence by March 12.
So there's the possibility Nevsun might bid and make a higher offer, but if there isn't another bidder, it all goes to SEFECO.
Wouldn't really count on Nevsun getting involved at this late stage but they have the cash.
