I am a private investor in the UK and have held CAY and other stocks for a while now and feel the ASX would better spend its time investigating market manipulation and insider dealing to protect the honest investor. This type of action promotes information gaps as genuine company statements cannot be made to investors who can then decide for themselves if they alter their thinking.
