This ridiculous type of action is exactly why the ASX has over stepped it's grip on sanity IMO.
Many companies, especially juniors, have to effectively keep silent to the share holders, their part owners, on where they intend to go and what their prospects might be because of the overly 'political correct' line the ASX tries to enforce.
The only parties that end up winning are the big end of town who by various means can accurately evaluate likely outcomes.
Well done ASX NOT!
