You were spot on about the "non" call on the partly paids. I find this unbelievable.
If. as you say, Albers is a substantial holder of the partly paids, surely this is a blatant conflict of interest situation.
In all my investing experience, if pps are out of the money at call date, that is the end of it, they lapse.
I find it hard to believe the regulators allow this sort of thing.
