I think the issuing of options is fine.
What i dont like is the issuance of over 100 million shares to Lind for nothing (60m unlisted options and 40m "collateral" shares)
the company needs to go back and tell them to come back with a more reasonable offer.
i will be voting "no" for all the lind deals and shares but will be voting "yes" for the options extension.
