Harbour are doing this transaction largely with other people's money.
If the price reached $10 that would prove a tremendous windfall for them from $7.
Say they only applied $1.5 per share of equity - then they quadruple their money.

That's definitely their game, also not to pay a penny more than needed - agree.

I always sell early, I think in 3 years time the price could be higher again.

Value investors find it hard to get enthusiastic when the price has risen and safety margin reduced. Holding long term is always the best policy though.
