Remember the big picture here - the Oil Price will stay up until the Saudi Aramco float gets priced and sold (this is a distance away yet, and the new Saudi ruler MBS will get a better price after the POO stays firm or firmer through a northern hemisphere summer).
STO and its shareholders need be in no hurry to make a decision - there is plenty of time for a better price to arise IMO.
