From where I stand your comment is as linked gets my goat as a little optimistic, not as battle scarred as I am perhaps.
I had to laugh.
Problem is small share holders are their own worst enemies. If people point out things that are detrimental to small share holders they get attacked.
Some how, they see nothing wrong with a director/s making a side deal with a bidder, when the board has come out and advised share holders to take no action until due diligence is done. And whats more, they can't see that a side deal has been done because they think that Harbour has jumped the gun with the substantial notice. A notice by the way which has not been challenged by the STO board, ASX or ASIC.
But hey, its legal, so it must all be above board. What kind of nutter are you questioning?
