Bullshite proposals. Just think, why would Chinese shareholders demand equity and not cash? Us dumb Aussies get the cash (read useless paper!) and the smart Chinese and Canadians keep productive assets? directors dont just think about your retirement, think of long term benefit for all shareholders and the nation. Makes my blood boil hearing all this
