So the offer has become worse, not better. We pleb shareholders with a long-term outlook no longer have an opportunity to roll over our shares into the offer, unlike the two largest shareholders. This is nothing more than financial apartheid and needs to STOP. I'm sick to death of being invested in good companies with good long-term prospects, only to have my portion of the company stolen from me while other shareholders and even board members got to roll over their shares into the new entity.
What's good for the goose is good for the ganda. All shareholders should be treated equally! No more discrimination.
Just walk away from this Santos. Long term $10 SP plus lots of divis along the way equals a much better outcome than a pitiful, discriminatory, $6.60 offer.
