    I would be amazed if the directors recommended the bid at these levels. Under-priced relative to current market and STO cash flow performance. I agree with other comments that a price above $7 would be necessary to gain interest. At the current offer, I am not a seller and would much prefer to retain the shares long term and enjoy the upside ride that is coming.

    Anyway - game on. Let's see what happens from here...
