Just a quick point about what a good sales strategy from my point of view would be from a manufacturing background.
Scale is not on our side meaning margin must be to fund expansion.
Look for a mature market with high population density, high per capita GDP and cheap and stable electricity supply in a country that does not have it's own source of oil.
Margin is a must to organically fund expansion, cap raise can't happen and banks probably wouldn't touch it at the moment.
