Coal prices hammer the third world demand, solar is small in developing markets.
Higher electricity prices, higher battery prices and lower oil prices is a horrible trio to have.
Remember that the battery is a VERY substantial part of the cost of the scooters, whilst the overall battery price is not largely influenced by the lithium prices the batteries effect on the overall scooter is quite important.
