Would it not be reasonable to give a general indication of the level of direct sales "ex-Australia" and the effect those sales had on the bottom line or am I expecting too much?

Do you mean you'd like to know what the percentage increase was?
The problem with this sort of situation, is that invariably no matter what level of granular detail the company provides as part of this sort of obligatory disclosures, it will always give rise to yet more questions from investors, which would require further clarification from management.
