So many would have known the Jaquar numbers that it must have become pub talk, no insider trading policy could be effective against that.
A bad case of tardy-disclosure imho. They could have released a production update at the EOQ, or provided some guidance even earlier.
This crowd has serious credibility issues imho, so unlike the founders.
