Looks like a stock standard "no insider trading" policy to me -that affects all IGO personnel and their contractors.
I don't know why this is worthy of an announcement, and especially not worthy of a price sensitive announcement to the ASX unless they didn't have a policy like this before (which would be a bizarre omission) or someone has possibly been a naughty boy or talking out of school?
