Summary is they've basically ruled tranche 2 in WEC's favour. Bayan stated they didn't feel even if they'd breached the JV requirements there was any damages or if so they would be nominal (i.e for a period of 3-4 months). The courts think otherwise and are looking at any compensation and damages if applicable in tranche 3, its to be heard within 30 days.
