Yeah , totally blindsided, couldn't have predicted that one in a million years. With 10 months official notice of introduction !!! It's OK though as YOW have measured lots of click, some likes and shares that totally beat getting sales engagement but did they effectively target the 80% of parents who look for new chocolates for kids.
YOW must still be trying to work out how they will report to shareholders their IMS numbers with or without the 2 mill claimback that IMO the full story is yet to be told. Can't wait for the new format and comparison to old format.
