could be anything.
But need to differentiate between outcome if:
1. they get control of Board
2. they get enough shares to cause a board, not under their control, to do certain things.
hey, I expect plenty of s/h to probably agree to some actions.
Geez, anything positive would be attractive at this point in time.
what we don;t want is this board, or a new board, squandering the cash held in Yowie.
We don't want to see it "pissed-up against the wall" as John Leard said some years ago.
if a s/h gets to say 20% holding, we could find that they control Yowie. They could get control of Board.
Once that happens, then anything can happen.
This new big shareholder has a disastrous record.
How would shareholders feel, if you invested in Yow for an investment in a choc company, and then find a new board turns around and invests in say Bitcoin at $22,000 each??? How feel if they suddenly invested in oil project in Nth Korea?
They could liquidate the coy. Might be a alternative?? But then all investment to date in Choco is lost. Who knows? Redirect cash into their Funds Mgt Business? No thatnks
(Yes, cannot do much worse than where we are current at).
The cash held within YOW is the prize now.
