Mine life depends on metal prices. Seems that prices are turning up and Aussie labour rates are dropping.
Dilution is not what I would like and convertible note washing combined with the road cracking has seen the SP drop from 3 to 0.5c with now close to 1.5m shares, so a drop to 1c would be in order. My thought was that 3c was good value, so 0.5c is better value. Personally I have bought as much as I want.

I showed my displeasure at the GM by voting against the board. I think Jim got the message, not that I have enough shares to affect things. The board had a surplus of 100M votes from the proxies.

The options issue was well supported. Much better to benefit SH when SP is low than to benefit financiers.

The order of things is that employees (including management) and supplier (including contractors) come before profit. The company was in sheet back in February with new plant upgrades performing below spec. So new MD on lower salary and now a new COO to be based at Mineral Hill. Directors salaries down $110k. I would say moves in the right direction and not before time.

We probably need another $4.5M to raise. Hopefully the dumping stops and a few options are exercised ahead of time.

We need some good news to get the SP going north.
