I have suggested that a large holder dumped 100M shares; now I assume the same large holder has dumped 50M options.

OK so someone decided to liquidate their holding. They got back what they paid for the options and probably lost on the shares; last month they contributed $50K to KBL to help their cashflow. That is far more than I did and I considered it to be good value as it should allow me to get my average cost down below the price that I expect KBL to trade at when we get a bit of good news.

A few posts back Stevie said

"For my mind, the people running this company are shrewd and rude enough to ensure that they do whatever it takes to ensure that the company survives so if you ask me today if the company will get through all its issues, i will answer with yes i do think so. "

Well as a shareholder I would want them to do whatever is necessary to ensure KBL survives. I would say shrewd but nothing rude about it. What has been rude is the massive market manipulation which others have commented on. Simply put it is easy to manipulate the shares of a small company and it happens all the time.

The convertible note issue was open to manipulation and the most recent share issue is not. This is why I say it is a step in the right direction.

I will post my thoughts on the KBLGA convertible notes due next February at another time.
