Do not despair!!!!
It is always difficult to read other people’s mind.

Doc’s post may have been given a positive assessment due to a great variety of reasons, including eg:
Find that Doc makes an interesting link,
Are confident that no EWC director will approve ‘unauthorized’ loans
Appreciate that EWC net financing is US$52million and that this facility can only be used for general corporate purposes re: EEES’ petroleum operations and commercialization of gas from WASAMBO,
Remember the strategic alliance between EWI and EWC,
Tentatively conclude that EWI may transfer this project to EWC (ie. Doc’s statement that ‘EWC gives a commitment in Jamaica for EWI…’)
That Sengkang lng may find its way to Jamaica (even though Trinidad lng is closer (and cheaper?),
That EWI and EWC are related and ‘not alone’ in the world. (Whether they are both orphans or whether one is the parent may be revealed in due course).
And, and, and………………………………….

By the way, one could also point at the seeming disinterest ewc hc posters show with respect to the unambiguously positive news re: PEL 96: commercial operations envisaged in 2017, over 2TCF net to EWC and……….(enough gas for a 2mpta LNG plant in Australia…….). What have I missed?????
