The Company retracts the final sentence on page 1,

“The partnership anticipates a target reach of in excess of $2m over the next 5 years”, as it does not have a reasonable basis for the targeted figure.

Investors should not rely on the revenue target as a basis for investment decision on the Company, which has since been retracted.

In respect to the agreement with Powerhouse, the Company advises that it will receive all revenue generated from sales of the Company’s product, with Powerhouse to receive a commercially negotiated commission based on sales. The market will be further updated on the finalisation of commercial contracts.

If formal supply and/or distribution contracts are not entered into within 12 months the agreement terminates, unless agreed otherwise by the parties"

I think retraining in writing announcements is in order. I have never written an ASX announcement and even I thought it strange that with no formal contract in place, how could revenue be forecast.
