You realise that the "Non-JORC Compliant Information" retraction on the 25th March, was about the peer comparisons that were actually provided by Havilah to better inform the market and us as shareholders.
I for one, am very disappointed that $HAV and other junior explorers have / are being forced to take down Peer Comparisons due to the new ASX ruling. This is particularly unfair, given at the time of posting, there was no issue with it and in fact, the ASX approved releases WITH this information contained.
