Interesting discussion. Good luck to the bloke in pursuing better opportunities. It seems the board was not persuasive enough to retain his service.

Presumably Tim's role was crucial in the boards decision making, re technical expertise and exploration strategy, so who is advising/directing the board now...Newexco, staff, consultants. The new appoinment suggests the board believes their remaining personel can get this baby JORCed and over the line regardless. Whatever, it smells like confidence to me. Good luck to them and good luck to us.
