I thought I read here on HC a BOQ s/holder saying it was Link Market Svces who handled this 'mail out' for BOQ????
If that IS the case then we should email the two contacts on this notice and register our disgust that no one seems to have received ANYTHING in the post.
And following on from that, I do not see why BOQ should pay the Registry one red cent for a 'service' not delivered.
Mind you get used to it, there will be more and more emphasis on having such acceptances and transactions completed online.
