Ann: Results of Special General Meeting, page-4

I am back after weeks of suspension.

I attended the Special Meeting this morning. The meeting runs smoothly.

Met with Board and Management:

1. I asked whether the 3c dividends will be a policy. The management mentioned that they will balance the cash flow to meet dividends, loans and Capex.

2. The construction of second phase in Sarawak will be started next year and ended 2022. As far as possible they will fund it internally.

3.  They will put more focus on exploration work at quartzite quarry in Perak, Malaysia.
