Directors were just issued shares in lieu of director payments...

Directors were just issued shares in lieu of director payments and expenses (apparently). Under normal circumstances that's a positive sign but issuing shares at these prices is just so ridiculously dilutive. They need to desperately stop the share issues or we're going to be diluted to oblivion.

Just to summarise share situation, right now there are 2.9bill shares and 400mill options (1.2c exercise). If share price did manage to get to 1.2c by end of 2016, that would be a marketcap of $40mill fully diluted. That's on the basis of NO MORE capital raisings. It's so important for us from here that dilution is controlled.
